Multi-Building Townhouse Development

Description

A new multi building town house development, our teams completed the full building envelope scope for this project. This included flat and sloped roofing, hardie siding with build outs and rain screens, stucco, metal siding and soffit, eaves and downs. Completing this scope in winter with tight site lines backing onto the parkland made difficult access but with the help of our trusted partners we were able to maintain quality and efficiency.
