Description

Our team was tasked by the engineering firm with the replacement of the existing composite decking with concrete pavers on adjustable pedestals, along with the installation of a new two-ply SBS membrane and Plywood substrate over a crawl space on a 20+ year-old multi-use building in Canmore . This project ran throughout the cold winter months and took meticulous thought to ensure the residents and commercial units remained watertight throughout. Multiple sources of existing water infiltration were discovered during the project, which caused extensive deteriorated sheathing and structure. Our team assisted the owners with a solution to fix sources of water infiltration and brought in our sister company to perform the repairs to allow the project to continue promptly with seamless coordination.
