Scope

Re doing structural and waterproofing of courtyard due to Mould and Rot.

Description

An undetected leak turned ugly in the crawl space below a common courtyard of a mixed-use space. There were downspouts that leaked and each time it rained, or snow melted, it filled the crawlspace like a bathtub. after time, mould and rot destroyed the joists and drywall. The courtyard and hallways were the entrance into the residences and so great care was taken to provide access during demolition and waterproofing. Our sister company, Red Dot Restoration, completed the mould remediation and drywall repairs while our carpenters and Waterproofers did the structural framing and SBS torch on waterproofing. The entire courtyard was scaffolded and horded in to avoid the oncoming winter. The finishes where a patio pedestal paver system and the exterior finishes restored to original design intents. This was a very complicated restoration project.
