Scope

Full SBS and Metal Canopy roof replacement including installing a new slope package to increase drainage.

Description

A sensitive site requiring a lot of consideration, we were tasked with increasing both the slope and R-value of the roof while maintaining the existing roof height on this historical property. Working with RJC and PCL, we surveyed the existing structurally sloped concrete desk to create a unique one-off slope package to allow for better drainage while also upgrading the roofing of the property to an average of R-40. 250 New one-way vents were installed to maintain the crypts below and new flashings and tie-ins around the perimeter and HVAC units ensure the SBS meets all manufacturer's warranties. A new curved copper penny standing seam and snow-guard system finish off the property allowing peace of mind for many years to come.
