Description

With numerous scopes of work to be completed, this hands on developer required a trusted contractor to complete all aspects of the exterior elements of this property without having to deal with multiple contractors. This new construction was under a tight deadline and we were able to utilize all our production teams to complete this. Our building envelop teams and in house metal shop were able to complete the new LP siding with rain screen, while our deck crews installed the new 60mil Tufdeck vinyl membrane and railing system. This matched with our flat and shingle roofing crews meant there was no concern over any tie details and allowed for multiple scopes of work to be completed at once. This 100 unit property now completes the site in NE Calgary
